If you are looking for a cheap and fun treat I found it yesterday at Target. They had kites in the toy section for $1.00 and some for $2.50. I bought the $1 one because I just didn't know if Emma would get into flying a kite but she really liked it. Hey, for $1 if she only spent 10 minutes with it we probably got our money's worth, right? I got out there and my camera battery decided to die so I could only take pictures with my phone.
